Do you have an error messages? Is it bruker topas or academic version?
We're running the bruker version with codemeter. When running, we can see that the licence is being checked out, it hangs for about 20 seconds, and then the licence is returned after a timeout. There is no indication at all of topas starting, no popups, no flashing, or anything.
