Topas Templates
Both VS Code topas-editor and jEdit will allow you to select a pre-written template file. All you then have to do is replace any lines with “→” purple indicators with appropriate text.
Topas-editor should come with a set of template files. By default they sit in C:\Users\username\.vscode\extensions\johnsoevans.topas-editor-n.m.p\assets\templates. They get updated every time topas-editor updates. If you install jEdit from John's website it will create a templates folder in the main TOPAS directory.
If not you can download a zip file here. Extract it to your main TOPAS directory as a folder called “templates”. These files aren't updated very often.
By default topas-editor will look for templates called *.inp. For time-of-flight, pdf and single crystal refinements equivalent files called .tof, .gor and .xtal are in the templates directory to make finding them easier.
Please feel free to add other templates to this page. If you send them to me I can include them with the topas-editor set.
