Error using pdCIF

I just put the cif.inc file in the Topas directory, and added #include cif.inc in local.inc. However, when I tried Out_pdCIF(filename), I got following error:

Error loading sstring_in at
    { Out_pdCIF }
     unknown or misplaced keyword.

Does anybody know what went wrong?

Problem solved.

Instead of adding #include cif.inc in local.inc, I added it directly in topas.inc.
I guess what happend is that topas.inc fails to call local.inc because local is recognized as a function, I changed the local.inc to local1.inc and put #include cif.inc in it and worked as well.
