Does anyone know how I can calculate the accuracy (e.s.d) of Crystallite size by Topas??
using do_errors gives unreasonable results so that the esd is bigger than crystallite size.

I would suggest if that is the case that you don't report the crystallite size. You probably have very broad Bragg reflections, leading to uncertainties in the fitting procedure for the Lor_FWHM and Gaus_FWHM, which the propagate through to your so called crystallite size (or as I like to call it, average coherent domain size assuming spherical shape).
