Quantification Phase Analysis using External method

Hello,
I have a cementitious composite of Portland Cement+ashes that i am trying to quantify using external method (corrundum), however, I am facing a lot of problems when it comes to fitting all crystalized phases of hydrated cement, and also that of the ashes. The Rwp is always high after fitting, i have a several phases that overlap and the amorphous phase calculated is not always logic.

Do you have any advice?

This is a bit to general/difficult a question for a forum! Cement quantification is extremely challenging. I think you'll have to find a real expert in the field to get useful advice. There are some nice discussions of quant analysis and the potential pit falls in various places (e.g. chapter by Ian Madsen and Nikki Scarlett in the Billinge/Dinnebier text). You might try a google search for "Reynolds Cup" - a competition which deals with mineralogical quant analysis. Some of their reports will contain good tips.
