Is there a way to save .inp files to .pro files in topas (not academic)? I prefer to use the editor inp format whereas my colleagues are used to .pro format. If I try to save the project in topas it just puts up default instrument parameters.
Thanks

Hi Adrian

I'm not exactly sure what you mean; here are the options:
- If your colleague has an INP file then it can be loaded into the GUI using "File/Load Input (INP) files". Once loaded it can the be saved to a PRO file.
- If your colleague has a PRO file then it can converted to INP format using "Export to INP" option in the file menu.
Additionally
- INP files can be pasted directly into the GUI using "Paste INP to Node/Selections"
- You can "Copy" INP text from the Report/Txt Grid option.

Thanks Alan. Pasting my .inp file to the gui was what I wanted to do as my colleagues are used to the gui only.
Seemed to work for me.
