Inquiry scale_pks = D_spacing^4

Hello all,

Recently, I am handle some TOF refinement, I found that most of the examples contain "Inquiry scale_pks = D_spacing^4", can you explain the meaning of this sentence to me? If I change the command as "Inquiry scale_pks = D_spacing^3" the fitting result is much better, is that reasonable?

This is the Lorentz factor for a time of flight data set. It should be d^4 unless data have been transformed in some way.
