I did rietveld refinement with stacking fault and how to export the peak contributed by stacking fault part?

Dear Yifeng,

I'm not sure I understand your question. You should be able to simulate diffraction patterns for either a faulted or unfaulted structure. In the unfaulted structure the peak shape will depend on whatever instrument contribution you have in your model. All peak shape effects beyond this will be due to the stacking model.
