Does anyone know how to use the new PDF function in TOPASv6?

Or will there by any tutorials coming online soon to help with the examples on jEdit?

I was planning to put a tutorial up in the next week or so. It will make use of Phil Chater's latest macros which are linked from the wiki. I'll post when it's done.

Hi,

I am currently trying to input a G(r) file in for PDF refinement and I am unsure where to get the "weighted average of the scattering factors" from.

I do not have a PDF data file in .xye format, would it be easier if I had this data and how would I output that from my raw data?

I am also having an issue with the "weighted average of the scattering factors" input for the G(r) data and was wondering if anyone had a solution/could point me in the direction where I could obtain/calculate this factor.
