Limiting range doesn't effecting refined values

To avoid negative FWHM during Pawely, I limit the refining range of peak shape parameters such as "u" in TCHZ peak type. I don't know why, some reason my limit just doesn't keep my parameter in refining range?

As example, I limit "pkuto" in [0.05 1], but after refinement I got -0.01835. Here are my Topas code lines after refinement:

prm pkuto -0.01835`_0.06113 min=0.05; max=1;
prm pkue 1.13882`_0.02268 min=0.05; max=1;

I just find the answer of this problem from technical reference of Topas. I did not notice that the format of limit at user defined parameter is different than limit of keywords of Topas itself.

The correct format of limit of user defined parameters should be "min xx max=yy;" not "min=xx; max=yy;".
