During analysis of thermo cycled data in Rietveld, should we need to refine zerro error, specimen tilt and Cylindrical_2Th_Correction for each temperature or we have to keep them as fixed after calibration?
Sincerely

Impossible to say without knowing the experiment or data.
Normally you'd imagine zero could be fixed throughout an experiment, however it might be mopping up other effects like change in sample height in a Bragg-Brentano experiment with temperature. In general you need to make a call on what parameters are significant. You might do this by seeing how refined values change over the data set. If refined uncertainties are large or parameters have little/no impact on fit you could remove them from the refinement.
