Please help:
If there are measurements at different temperatures continuously inside closed furnace. Is there any point to refine the background and various corrections for each temperature measurements separately in Rietveled fit? or I can use the calibrated background and corrections for all without any change?
Thank you in advance.

Please anybody?
I personally thought, since all the measurements done inside same furnace there is no background changes. So we don't need to refine the background for each different measurements separately. However, if I don't refine the bkg I end up with error message "Invalid d spacing encountered" . So I don't really know what to do? Please ?

It depends if the background from your sample is changing (e.g. a crystalline sample is becoming more and more disordered.

You'll also find background will change as the sample invariably moves slightly as a function of temperature. In a Brag g Brentano setting this could change the illuminated area. You'll also have increasing contributions from thermal diffuse scatter at high temperature.
