TOF absorption correction

Hi all,
I recently collected some data from HRPD, isis and i'm having a problem with my thermal parameters, as they want to go negative i think its something to do with the absorption from sample. will the surface roughness macro work to account for this or is there another macro that i have to use

You should really try and do a proper absorption correction during data reduction which the instrument scientist ought to be able to help with. It's caveat emptor but you could try:

prm mu 0.17552`
scale_pks = Exp(-mu*D_spacing);
