Changing the isotropic thermal parameter (Beq) to anisotropic

Hi everyone,
I want to refine the anisotropic parameters in pdf. As suggested, I changed the beq to adps, but it has not gone through. ''Abnormal program termination'' error arises when I am refining it.

Please suggest if I need to add/change any macro.

Without an input file to look at, we're probably not going to be much help.

Did you replace the keyword beq and its value with the keyword adps?
