Estimating Errors in Lattice Parameter from Refinement

Hi all,
I'm working on quantifying error in lattice parameter during a Rietveld refinement. I feel when I use do_errors the error given is usually extremely low (on the order of 0.0005A), and I'm wondering what this is accounting for, and if there is a better way to quantify error.

That is giving you the uncertainty in the mathematics behind the minimisation process. Other errors would arise from specimen positioning, angle accuracy/precision, wavelength, temperature, and everything else that affects peak positions.
