I'm not quite sure what the question is here.
If you're a jEdit or VS Code user you can go to the topas_v7_Menus\Phase level Structure\Output and you'll see a list of various output commands. If you want to see what each of them does, you can look up the macro in topas.inc, or in your topas.log after you run the INP file. I tend to base custom output on the Out_FCF(file) macro which, produces a shelx type file format.
Some of the intensity definitions can be confusing initially as you can choose to scale peak intensities by LP factor etc. They should all be defined in the Technical Reference document. I normally also do a manual sense check of making sure the values output for different reflections as a function of 2-theta make sense.
