Hi all, I have some TiO2 samples that I am struggling to get a nice fit for. Ideally I would like to try and quantify the composition of phases (rutile + anatase), but the data is quite weak (not ideal, and the particle size is small (not measured, broad peaks). If anyone happens to have a topas .inp for this analysis I would be greatful to see it as it would be good to check that I am not doing something silly, or missing something important.
P.S. I do not have standard samples, so cannot perform a calibration, I only have the samples themselves and so would be reliant on Rietveld. I would have the option to spike the sample, but I have never done this before and not sure what would be a good spike to use, nor how to treat the data for the analysis.
Any thoughts/comments/suggestions are welcome - Thanks!
